Find the installed firmware version

Applicable modelsBTC-4E40BTC-6DCLNBTC-8E-HP5U

Look under Software or Firmware Upgrade in setup.

  1. Power on and open setup with MODE.
  2. Use the up arrow to find Software Upgrade or Firmware Upgrade.
  3. Record the displayed version. Some older models require ENTER or OK twice to show it.

Match the exact model code and eligibility conditions before selecting an update.
