Mount the camera on a tree or post

Secure the strap and check the intended capture area.

The basic mounting guide recommends starting about 0.9m above ground. Thread the supplied strap through the rear of the camera and secure it firmly to a tree or post.

Start with a target area about 7.6–10.7m away, then adjust height and aim using sample captures. This is placement guidance, not a universal maximum detection range.

Check compatibility before using an adjustable mount or security enclosure.
