Check pink-tinted images

Test in bright daylight to check normal color.

At dawn, dusk or in dull weather, the combination of ambient and infrared light can produce an unusual color cast.

Move the camera into good sunlight and take several test photos. If color remains incorrect in bright conditions, retain examples for support review.
